At the AGM all positions are declared vacant, and anyone can nominate for any of the following positions:

President – Meeting chairperson, public face, the link between parents and school admin.

Vice-President – Supports the President by chairing meetings in their absence, shares responsibilities.

Secretary – Responsible for communications, correspondence, maintaining records, sends agenda out, minutes meetings, maintains membership registration.

Treasurer - Maintains financial records, including bank account, presentation of financial reports.

5 Executive Committee Members - These are financial members who can handle money for the P&C, can run their own sub committees as well as being a voting member on decisions the P & C make.

At the AGM we will be creating sub-committees that can meet without having to have a general meeting and who can organise their own fundraising in their own time, such as the Year 6 Camp committee 2023 and 2024.
